REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We take pride in the products we offer and do our best to deliver only pleasant experiences to the client as well as good service.
However, in case the item received fails your expectations in any way, please contact us within the first 48 hours after reception. You can return the item for refund or exchange within 14 days from the day your order was delivered, counting starts from the official data provided by the shipping service.
To be eligible for a return the item must be received by us in its original condition before any exchange or refund can be issued. Shipping fees are not refundable. Products with engraving or otherwise personalized as well as custom items are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom made or clearance items.
If the defect was confirmed and the item was accepted for replacement the purchase should be sent to the address JTNlab shipping team gives you.
We kindly ask you to provide the return tracking number to facilitate the process.
Returns and Refund:
If approved for the refund order should be returned to us although exceptions may apply. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Upon processing the returned item, your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the item.
Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. Personalized items and items made for custom requests are not accepted for refund. Once the return is received please allow from 14 to 30 business days to process the refund.
